Our spinach leaves come from biodynamic cultivation in Germany and are processed fresh from the harvest. Conveniently portionable, it is ideal as a side dish with fish, in pasta dishes and casseroles.

Spinach is naturally rich in vitamin C. But this vitamin has a natural enemy: time. The longer fresh spinach is stored, the more vitamin C is lost. Since only a few hours pass between the harvest of the spinach and the finished frozen product, the healthy ingredients have no time at all to disappear. That is why frozen spinach is usually richer in vitamins than the fresh product in the supermarket with long delivery and storage times.

Preparation recommendation:

Enjoy only when cooked through.

In the pan
. - Fry the desired amount of frozen spinach in a coated pan with a little oil for about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir several times during this process.
- Season with salt and pepper.

Saute
. - Put the frozen spinach in a pot with a lid with about 100ml of water.
- Heat slowly over a low heat.
- Stir several times.
- Pour off excess water and season with salt and pepper.
