The gluten-free Pizza Margherita is a taste experience of fruity, organic Italian tomatoes from the Emilia Romagna region for people who suffer from intolerances such as coeliac disease. Not only delicious, but also 100% sustainable.

In the small town of Meduno, which belongs to Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northern Italy, our pizzas are created in a production facility that is entirely geared towards sustainability: green electricity and the constant reduction of CO2 emissions are a matter of course!

In addition to sustainability and transparency, we at followfood focus on recipes that are consistently free of additives. Even if they are customary on the market and organic.

But in order to be able to offer a delicious Italian pizza to people with intolerances such as coeliac disease, we use necessary additives such as leavening agents to make this dough. The gluten-free Pizza Margherita Bio was specially pre-baked in a gas oven.

Tip: It can be topped individually with other ingredients as desired and tolerated.

Preparation instructions
Preheat the oven well, while allowing the pizza to defrost. After about 10 minutes, remove the wrapping and bake the pizza on the oven rack on the middle shelf until the desired browning and crispness.

In the oven

200 °C (top and bottom heat) / 180 °C (fan oven) for approx. 12-14 minutes. The appropriate baking time may vary depending on the appliance.
