Saute: Place desired amount of baby carrots in melted fat, season and cook covered over low heat. If necessary, add a little water.
Cooking: Put the baby carrots, unthawed, into a little boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Place the baby carrots, unthawed, in a microwave-safe dish with 2 tablespoons of water and heat, covered, at 600 watts for 7 minutes. Then leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
