The Roasted Vegetables Corn & More consists of the most popular vegetable mix of the Austrians - baby carrots, corn and peas. The vegetables are seasoned with parsley, nutmeg and white pepper and can be prepared in a pan in just a few minutes.
Preparation recommendation:
In the pan: Put the contents of the package unthawed into a preheated pan without adding any fat. Roast for about 8 minutes over low heat, turning frequently.
In the microwave: Put the contents of the package unthawed with 2 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and heat at 600 watts for about 10 minutes. Stir twice in between.
