The secret of this ham speciality lies in the delicate spice composition, which is specially mixed in-house according to a well-kept family recipe. According to Carinthian tradition, the farmer's ham is gently smoked and carefully cooked to the point. A specially developed smoking-cooking process guarantees excellent juiciness and tenderness in the bite, today as in the past. First-class mildly spicy taste with a fine rustic note - the highest ham enjoyment from Austria!
