Frierss Zirbenrauchsalami - This special delicacy is made by experienced salami masters at Frierss from the best domestic pork. What makes Zirbenrauchsalami special is the in-house spice recipe and the special smoking over local Swiss stone pine wood from the Nock Mountains. This salami specialty matures for at least 10 weeks in mountain air until it develops its particularly hearty flavor with a delicately tart forest note. The natural appearance with a chestnut brown, slightly shiny surface as well as the fine Swiss stone pine scent are also characteristic. The highest salami enjoyment!
