14-month matured, natural Austrian raw ham, sliced wafer-thin.
This raw ham convinces connoisseurs and gourmets with its incomparably mild flavour, melting delicately on the palate. The secret of its special taste lies in strictly selected leg of mutton from Austria, which is only mixed with pure sea salt - nothing else! - ripen for at least 14 months in the Gegendtal, where the cool wind of the Nockberge meets the mild, humid air of the lakes. For special moments of pleasure!
For a special antipasto plate, as an aperitif with grissini or for an Italian snack, accompanied by finely spiced osso collo and mortadella.
