Place the frozen spinach leaves Greek style in a large enough pot and add 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed. Heat for approx. 10-12 minutes, stirring several times.
In the microwave:
Place the frozen spinach leaves, Greek style, unthawed in a large microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat at 600 watts for approx. 8-10 minutes. Stir well halfway through the preparation time and at the end.
