Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot air 180°C). Place the lasagne, still frozen, in the tin on a baking tray. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 50-55 min until golden brown.
In the microwave:
Place the lasagne in the microwave, still frozen and covered in the dish. Heat at 600 watts for 12 minutes or at 900 watts for 8 minutes. Then leave to rest for 2 min and serve.
