Preheat the oven . [Gas oven: level 3-4 (corresponding to approx. 180 °C); top and bottom heat: 180 °C]. Place the lasagne, still frozen, in the dish on a baking tray and bake on medium-high for approx. 35-40 minutes.

In the microwave:
