Couscous
For the production of couscous, wholemeal durum wheat semolina is cooked, formed into balls and then dried. It fits perfectly into quick cooking, as it is already soft after about five to ten minutes. Couscous is a classic in oriental dishes and also tastes good as an aromatic side dish and in soups, salads or casseroles. The Alnatura couscous comes from organic farming.
