Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven including the baking tray (top and bottom heat: 220°C, hot air: 200°C). Remove the foil and place the undefrosted Schlemmerfilet in the aluminium tray on the baking tray.
Top and bottom heat: Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 40-45 minutes.
Hot air: Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 40 minutes.
The Schlemmerfilet is ready when it is baked to a crispy golden brown.
