Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat: 220°C, fan oven: 200°C). Then place the oven baked fish, still frozen, on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 20 minutes on the middle shelf. The oven baked fish is ready when it is golden brown.
