Preparation in a pot:
Place the frozen nougat dumplings in boiling water and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Stir occasionally during cooking.
2. Preparation of the breadcrumbs
.In the pan:
Place the frozen breadcrumb-sugar mixture in a pan and heat over medium heat without adding fat for approx. 1 minute, stirring constantly. Roll the finished dumplings in the hot breadcrumb and sugar mixture and sprinkle with icing sugar to taste.
