Iglo MSC Pacific Polar Cod natural

The Pacific Polar Cod is the absolute classic among iglo fish. Its tender meat and mild aroma not only taste breaded, the fillet blocks can also be fried in a pan or cooked in the oven in no time at all.

Preparation recommendation:

In the pan: Season frozen fillet blocks as desired. Heat fillet blocks with approx. 2 tbsp oil in a coated pan. Fry well on medium heat for approx. 8-12 minutes, turning several times.

In the oven: Season frozen fillet blocks as desired, place in an ovenproof dish, marinate in olive oil, add herbs if desired. In the preheated oven: Top/bottom heat 200°C or hot air 180°C. Fry on the middle rack for approx. 16-18 minutes, turn after half the time.

The ideal preparation time depends on the respective device. We therefore ask you to always check whether the fish is cooked through.
