Our followfood tuna comes from sustainable, MSC-certified wild fishing in the Middle West Pacific and Middle East Pacific (fishing method: purse seine and lift nets: ring seine). The tuna is processed fresh from the catch.
The 250g pack contains 2-3 tuna medallions without skin and practically boneless.
Scientific name: Thunnus albacares
Preparation recommendation:
Defrost the medallions, wash, pat dry and season
On the grill: grill on both sides for 6-10 minutes
In the pan: fry on medium heat on both sides for 5-8 minutes.
In the oven: preheat the circulating air to 180°C, 6-9 minutes
