Iglo wild salmon natural fillets are deep-frozen natural fillets made from wild salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha), 100% fillet and practically free of bones. Fresh-sealed and easy to portion.
The flavourful salmon fillet pairs well with many recipes – e.g. with lemon, herbs or as a side with vegetables. Iglo stands for everyday products that can be easily integrated into a variety of dishes.
Use
In the pan: salt, season to taste, coat in flour and fry on both sides in a little fat. In a pot: place the frozen fillets in boiling water and steam covered over medium heat for 10–12 minutes.
