Iglo MSC cod natural fillets are 100% fillet from cod (Gadus morhua), practically bone-free, freshness-sealed and deep-frozen.
The snow-white, tender flesh is cut from the back fillet and is ideal for simple fish dishes for everyday meals. Iglo stands for an everyday-friendly selection that can be combined in many ways depending on the recipe.
Use
Pan: Season after thawing and fry in 2 tbsp oil over medium heat for approx. 10–11 min. , turning carefully.
Oven: Place frozen, without foil, in a dish, brush with 2 tbsp oil and bake at 180 °C fan (200 °C top/bottom heat) for approx. 27 min.
