The MSC Pacific Plaice Natural Fillets from Iglo are made from 100% fillet and are virtually boneless. Deep-frozen and glazed, the fillets stay juicy and are easy to portion.

With white flesh and an aromatic flavour, they are ideal for classic fish dishes, e.g. with potatoes, vegetables or as a light pan-fried meal. Made for everyday life: easy to use in the kitchen and versatile to combine.

Use

It’s best to thaw the fillets in the refrigerator, rinse briefly and pat dry. Fry in a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes per side until golden.
