ASC Wolfsbarsch Naturfilets 200g 

Iglo ASC sea bass natural fillets (Branzino) are 100% fillet with skin and deep-frozen. The fillets are deboned, filleted and prepared ready for cooking.

With their mild flavour, they go well with Mediterranean side dishes and can be cooked in the pan, in the oven or on the grill. Ideal for seasoning to taste and for quick everyday fish dishes.

Use

Pan: Season thawed fillets, fry thoroughly in approx. 1 tbsp oil per fillet for approx. 8 min, turning several times.
Oven: At 220 °C (top/bottom heat or fan), brush deep-frozen fillets with approx. 1 tbsp olive oil per fillet, skin side down, and cook for approx. 15 min.
