Iglo MSC Pacific Polar Cod Crispy Coating
Pacific Polar Cod Crispy Coating is breaded fish in its crispiest form: with crispy batter from iglo, specially developed for easy preparation in the oven. The juicy Pacific Polar Cod is 100% MSC certified.
Preparation recommendation:
In the oven: Preheat the oven including the baking tray (top and bottom heat: 230 °C, hot air: 200 °C). Place the frozen crispy coating on the baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the upper third for approx. 15-20 minutes. Turn the fish pieces once after 10 minutes.
In the pan: Put about a finger's height of fat in a pan and heat it up well. Put the fish pieces in while still frozen. Fry for about 8 minutes over medium heat, turning several times.
For an extra crispy result, we recommend preparing it in a pan.
Despite careful production processes and quality assurance, in rare cases bones may be present in the product.
We ask you to always check whether the fish is cooked through.
