Iglo Ideenküche Natur Protein Kick
The iglo Ideenküche Natur Protein Kick consists of chickpeas, black beans, sweet potatoes and leaf spinach. With 24g of protein per pack, the Protein Kick is an excellent source of vegetable protein. A 200g serving covers approx. 24% of the daily protein requirement.
Preparation recommendation:
In the pan: Add the contents of the pack unthawed to a preheated pan with 2-3 tbsp of oil and 4 tbsp of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 8-9 minutes. Add another 1-2 tbsp of water if necessary.
Preparation in the microwave: Add the contents of the pack unthawed to a microwave-safe bowl with 3 tbsp of water and cover and heat at 600 watts for approx. 9-11 minutes. Stir well halfway through the cooking time.
Do not refreeze after thawing! Do not consume raw - please heat the product thoroughly before consumption!
