We at iglo believe: The full power of plant-based protein should be available to everyone! For our Green Cuisine products, we combine valuable protein from peas with fine spices and herbs. This creates a unique taste experience that you can enjoy with a clear conscience. Rich in vegetable protein, good for the environment and irresistibly good taste. You can simply taste the difference - without added flavor enhancers, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, soy & palm oil. We use recyclable outer packaging, such as paper, for our products.

Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 230°C top and bottom heat or convection.
Place the unfrozen vegan "fish fingers" on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the top shelf for approx. 12 minutes (convection: approx. 10 minutes) until golden brown. Turn after half the baking time.
Preparation in the pan:
Preheat a coated pan over medium heat for approx. 2 minutes. Add some oil to the pan and heat briefly (avoid excessive heat). Then add the unfrozen vegan "fish fingers" to the pan and fry over medium heat for approx. 8-10 minutes until golden brown, turning regularly. Place the vegan "fish fingers" on kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat. The preparation time depends on the kitchen appliance. Please make sure that the product is fully heated through before eating!
