Organic Sushi Rice, Round Grain.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Wash the rice thoroughly and bring to a boil with approx. 1.25 times the amount of water and the desired amount of salt. Simmer with the lid closed for approx. 20 minutes. Stir if necessary. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest for approx. 10 minutes. The amount of water can be varied according to the desired consistency.
