Preparation method

Halve the nori sheets and place them on a bamboo mat. With moistened fingers, evenly spread about 75 g of the cooked sushi rice over them, leaving a strip about 0.5 cm wide free at the top edge. Lightly spread some wasabi paste thinly over the rice.

Cut the avocado into strips and place them on the rice in the first third.

Using the bamboo mat, carefully shape the roll and press it lightly to make it even.
