Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven including the baking tray (hot air or 220 °C). Place the frozen fish fillets on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 18 min., turning once halfway through.
If you prefer a low-fat preparation, we recommend cooking in the oven.
In the pan:
Heat a little oil in a coated frying pan Place frozen fish fillets in the pan. Fry over medium heat for approx. 10 min, turning several times.
For a particularly crispy result, we recommend preparation in the pan.
The optimum preparation time depends on the appliance. We therefore ask you to always check that the fish is well cooked.
