Preparation recommendation: 

Pan preparation:
1. Add fat to a heated pan. Place the Filegros in the pan, unthawed.
2. Fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning several times.
3. The Filegros are ready when they are golden brown. Refine with lemon to taste.

At the same time, cook 2 portions of pasta (160g). Then add the pasta to the pan with the cooked seafood and toss for 2-3 minutes to mix it with the sauce.
