Preparation in the microwave:
Remove the bowl from the packaging and prick the foil several times with a fork. Place the frozen and unopened dish in the microwave and heat for the time indicated, depending on the power. Then remove, leave to rest briefly, remove the foil and stir the dish through. The ideal preparation time depends on the microwave oven. Bon appétit!
In the steamer:
Remove the bowl from the packaging. Do not prick the foil. Steam the still frozen product in the steamer at 100°C steam for approx. 40-45 minutes.
In the pot:

In a covered saucepan, heat the frozen, unopened dish until lightly simmering, about 35 minutes.
