Iglo Chicken Nuggets in batter are juicy chicken breast breaded in fine, golden brown batter. One of our quick and easy dishes - simply crispy!

Preparation in the oven:

 

Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat (200°C hot air). Place the chicken dippers, unthawed, on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle shelf for approx. 15-18 minutes. Turn once after about half the baking time.

In the pan:

Place about 1 cm of fat in a frying pan and heat. Carefully place the chicken dippers, unthawed, in hot fat and fry over a low heat for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown, turning several times. Then drain the chicken dippers on kitchen paper to soak up excess fat.

We recommend preparing with vegetable oil, e.g. sunflower oil.

Chicken Dippers contain raw chicken, cook completely through before eating.
