Preparation in the microwave:
Remove the plate from the packaging and prick the foil several times; place in the microwave, frozen and unopened. Heat at 600 watts for 8 minutes. After heating, leave to rest for 2 minutes, then remove the foil. The ideal preparation time depends on the microwave oven in question.
In the oven:
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Remove the plate from the packaging and prick the foil several times; place frozen and unopened on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat at 160°C for 35 minutes (hot air) or 45 minutes (top and bottom heat). Do not exceed the specified oven temperature! After heating, leave to rest for 1 minute, then remove the foil.
CAREFUL: Hot when opened! Do not reuse plates!
