Recheis produces its whole wheat pasta from 100% whole wheat durum wheat semolina and crystal-clear water from the Karwendel nature reserve. When the durum wheat grain is milled into whole wheat durum wheat semolina, the outer layers and germ of the grain are also processed. The light color of our whole wheat pasta is achieved naturally through a special milling process. Since whole wheat durum wheat semolina is a pure natural product, there may be slight variations in the color of the pasta.
