About the producer:

Levoni has been producing the finest Italian meat and sausage products in Umbria since 1911. Levoni has been a family-run business for over four generations and has thus stood for the great tradition of Italian sausages for over a century.

Levoni's Italian sausages are made from first-class meat and from pigs born, raised and processed in Italy. For our recipes we use the finest spices, herbs and natural flavors from all over the world. Every day we process our spices fresh to create unique fragrance and taste experiences and to bring out the full quality of our meat. For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something. Since everyone should be able to share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.

Storage conditions:

Store refrigerated at 2-7C°, after opening store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
