Levoni Salamae Sopressa Veneta all'aglio

The Soppressa or Soppressata is produced in many variations in the northern Italian regions of Friuli, Veneto and Julien and in southern Italy. Since they are quite thick, they have to mature in the air for 10 to 15 months. In the end they weigh 2–3 kg. The Soppressa Veneta comes from Veneto and is characterized by its particular tenderness and strong aroma.

Since everyone should share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.

Storage conditions:

Store refrigerated at 2-7C°, after opening keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
