Levoni Culatello

The Culatta is made from the best part of the ham. It is the most precious piece and has neither bone, shank nor front part. Only the shell-shaped meat from the hip bone remains. The raw material comes exclusively from pigs from Italian breeding farms.

For our recipes we use the finest spices, herbs and natural flavors from all over the world. Every day we freshly process our spices to create unique fragrance and taste experiences and to bring out the full quality of our meat. For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something. Since everyone should share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.

Storage conditions:

Store refrigerated at 2-7C°, after opening keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
