Garofalo's organic line offers high-quality pasta made from the finest organic durum wheat semolina. Spaghetti is the epitome of Italian pasta. That's why Garofalo also offers it in organic quality. Long and thin, with a round cross-section, its name is derived from string or twine. The special production in bronze molds results in a slightly roughened surface of Garofalo's organic spaghetti, which allows sauces, oil, and pesto to be absorbed very well.
