Garofalo's organic line offers high-quality pasta made from the finest organic durum wheat semolina. Spaghetti is the epitome of Italian pasta. That's why Garofalo also offers it in organic quality. Long and thin, with a round cross-section, its name is derived from string or twine. The special production in bronze molds results in a slightly roughened surface of Garofalo's organic spaghetti, which allows sauces, oil, and pesto to be absorbed very well. The pasta always remains "al dente" when cooked and goes with an infinite number of dishes.
