Preparation:

Cut the top of the liver cheese into a diamond shape, then heat in the oven for 20 minutes at 120°C and 10 minutes at 230°C.

About the producer:

The Stefan Windisch GmbH produces sausage and ham products in the 3rd generation according to the highest quality recipes, exclusively from regional raw materials.

Traditional and still artisanal, but adapted to today's nutritional knowledge. Fat content, salt content, smoking and the exclusion of harmful additives such as emulsifiers, high doses of flavour enhancers and the like, which are often used in cheap recipes.

The beef to be processed comes from nearby Bucklige Welt, lamb and veal from Styria and Carinthia, turkey from Burgenland, Mangalica pork from Lower Austria.

The pork used comes from the strictly monitored "Animal Welfare Programme" of the AMA and from special regional programmes with special feeding regulations, short transport routes, animal-friendly slaughtering, circular economy of the farmers and much more.
