For these mango cubes, the fruits are sorted immediately after harvesting, processed and individually deep-frozen - so the natural flavour is largely preserved and the pieces are easy to portion. The Alnatura diced mangoes come from organic farming and are unsweetened (fruits naturally contain sugar). At room temperature they are thawed after about two to three hours - perfect for fruit salad, dessert and co.
