Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 220 °C, including the baking tray. Place the pretzel fish fingers, unthawed, on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake on the top rack at top and bottom heat for approx. 15-17 minutes (hot air: middle rack approx. 13-15 minutes). Turn halfway through the baking time.
In the pan:
Place about 1/2 cm of fat in a frying pan and heat well. Put in the fish fingers while they are still frozen. The fat must not cool down too much. Bake over medium heat, turning several times, for approx. 5-8 min.
