Mariazeller Alpenfisch BIO Fischsauce 

Organic fish sauce is a natural flavour enhancer that adds depth to dishes.

and char from Decleva's Alpenfisch. Carefully fermented, this has created a fine drop
that brings exquisite umami flavour to both regional dishes and Far Eastern specialities, such as Pad Thai,
Pho soup, green curry and summer rolls. The fish sauce is then bottled by the company Genusskoarl .

The cleaner the water and the lower the water temperature, the tastier the fish. In Deleva's ponds, the water flows from the springs directly from the Hochschwab massif and offers ideal living conditions for the fish. The fish grow slowly. They need 2.5 to 3 years to reach a size of 1 kg.

Storage conditions:

Store away from heat. After opening, store refrigerated and well sealed and
consume within 5 weeks.
