The secret of the particularly hearty taste of the Carinthian Hauswürstel lies in the special blend of spices and in the smoking over local Swiss pine wood from the Nockberge mountains. The Zirbenjause is perfectly rounded off with a Swiss pine liqueur - for enjoyment and as a gift.
