Description
Prosciutto in block, ⅓ leg.
The product has a reddish color, a characteristic mild and juicy taste and a tender, soft structure. ADRIA D'ORO Prosciutto contains only two ingredients - the hind leg of the pig, which is obtained only from fresh pork from Slavonian pigs, and salt from the Adriatic Sea, which is added in minimal quantities.
Thanks to its high nutritional value, it is easily digestible and suitable for all target groups. Its unique taste requires only a hint of sea salt and a lot of time. Therefore, its ripening period lasts at least 400 days.
