The hearty one. Tiroler Speck g.g.A. belly bacon is a speciality. Due to its diverse applications, its traditional role in Tyrolean cuisine has endured to this day. Made by hand from selected pancetta meat with exquisite spices, mildly smoked over beech wood and dried in our Tyrolean mountain air, it acquires its savoury taste after a long maturing period.

HANDL TYROL is an Austrian family business based in Pians/Tyrol that has specialised in the production of original Tyrolean bacon, ham, raw sausage and roast specialities since 1902. As an ambassador of Tyrolean culinary culture, HANDL TYROL guarantees the traditional production of original Tyrolean specialities - today just as in the past - according to the recipes of our great-grandfather.
