Fine grill bacon, belly bacon, cold smoked and air-dried, sliced.

Raclette bacon made from fine belly bacon - well marbled and fits perfectly into the raclette pans. Each slice has the ideal thickness of 1 mm for frying on the grill plate or for layering in the raclette pan.

Only the highest quality cuts of meat are rubbed with natural spices for the fine raclette bacon, dry-cured, mildly smoked over beech wood and dried. This is how it gets its hearty taste. The meat used comes 100% from Austria and has been awarded the AMA seal of approval.
