For our Tyrolean PGI bacon, selected whole pieces of meat are rubbed with natural spices, carefully smoked, matured in Tyrolean mountain air and then cut into the finest julienne strips ready for cooking. The meat used comes from 100% controlled Austrian origin and has been awarded the AMA seal of quality.
