Description
Lardo di Castellucio is made from the firm back bacon of pigs from Italian breeding farms. The carefully selected bacon is between 6 and 8 cm thick. The salting takes place in a brine in which the back bacon is placed. The surface is covered with high-quality spices and herbs. The Lardo is tasty and slightly spicy in taste with an inviting aroma.

For our recipes we use the finest spices, herbs and natural flavours from all over the world. Every day we freshly process our spices to create unique fragrance and taste experiences and to bring out the full quality of our meat. For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something. Since everyone should share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.

Storage conditions:
Store refrigerated at 2-7C°, after opening store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
