Similar to this model, the Graf butcher's shop has set itself the goal of creating a culinary counterpart to this Mediterranean cuisine. Under the sonorous name "Pannonian delicacies", hand-picked meat and sausage specialties from the Burgenland wine country are produced.

The family has always been aware of its responsibility that meat products play an essential role in human nutrition.
