Similar to this model, the Graf butcher's shop has set itself the goal of creating a culinary counterpart to this Mediterranean cuisine. Under the sonorous name "Pannonian delicacies", hand-picked meat and sausage specialities are produced from the Burgenland wine country.

The family has always been aware of its responsibility for the fact that meat products play an essential role in human nutrition.
