We at iglo believe: The full power of plant-based protein should be available to everyone! For our Green Cuisine products, we combine valuable protein from peas with fine spices and herbs. This is how we create a unique taste experience that you can enjoy with a clear conscience. Rich in plant-based protein, good for the environment and irresistibly good taste. You can simply taste the difference - without added flavor enhancers, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, soy & palm oil. We use recyclable outer packaging, such as paper, for our products.

Preparation:
Oven: Preheat oven to 210 °C top and bottom heat (190 °C convection, gas oven level 7). Place nuggets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack for approx. 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Turn after half the baking time.
Pan: Add some oil to a heated coated pan. Carefully place the frozen nuggets in the pan. Fry for approx. 10-12 minutes until golden brown, turning regularly. Place nuggets on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
Please make sure that the product is fully heated through before eating! The ideal preparation time depends on the kitchen appliance used.
Storage: Do not refreeze after thawing! At minus 18 °C at least until the end of: see packaging.
