Berry mix
A colourful, unsweetened berry mix (fruits naturally contain sugar). Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries are picked and frozen immediately after harvesting. As a result, their ingredients and natural taste are largely preserved. The Alnatura berry mix tastes great on its own or as an ingredient in desserts and baking. All ingredients are from organic farming.

A large part of the raw materials come from biodynamic agriculture (Demeter). Many of the products are also certified according to Bioland, Naturland and always at least according to the EC Eco Regulation. Zubereitungsempfehlung: Die tiefgefrorenen Beeren in eine Schüssel geben und abgedeckt bei Zimmertemperatur etwa 2–3 Stunden auftauen lassen.
