About the manufacturer:
Thomas & Markus Ehammer are the youngest of four siblings.
Always loved their homeland. It soon became obvious that the farm should not be run in the classic style of agriculture, but that an additional mainstay should be established. This is how the idea of their own cheese dairy came about. Thinking about the future.
